     Processing Time:

  • We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

     Shipping Methods & Carriers:

  • We offer reliable standard shipping through FedEx.

  • At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping speed (e.g., Standard, Expedited) based on the options available for your location.

     Shipping Rates:

  • We provide free shipping to North America, South America and Europe.

  • If you live in regions other than these, additional fees may be defined depending on the order status.

 

     Delivery Time:

  • Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping destination and the chosen shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

  • Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Shipping Destinations:

We ship within all around the world. (Yes even in to Papua New Guinea)

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your ModuTrend Furnitures, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your monitor stand must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • It must be free from any damage or signs of wear and tear beyond normal use.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at modutrend@gmail.com(Yes, we realize it looks ugly, but as two young entrepreneurs we don't have much money. I think your problem in the refund process will not be our e-mail address, but the timely deposit of your money back to your account.) within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to safely package your monitor stand for return shipment.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned monitor stand and verify its condition, a full refund, excluding original shipping costs, will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your ModuTrend Furnitures arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at modutrend@gmail.com. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective product free of charge. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different monitor stand, please return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.
